摘要自高校扩招以来,大学毕业生数量剧增,就业形势也越来越严峻。广东省作为人口大省,大学生就业压力长期高居不下。媒体多次报道的本科大学生到职业学校去“回炉”、以谋求适合工作岗位的新闻引起公众对现行高等教育类型结构的思考。2014年初教育部表示,1999年大学扩招后“专升本”的600多所地方本科院校或将逐步转型。这意着我国一半本科院校将变身“高职本科”。广东省将有近半本科院校历临此次变革,面对这种转型,相应的本科院校是否做好了准备,本文立足于广东省经济与就业环境,结合当地地域条件,集中分析了职业教育的迫切需求以及其必然性,针对其即将面临的多重阻力,以此提出广东政府及院校层面在推进本科教育改革过程中的参考路径。45183

Abstract
The number of university students is increasing dramatically, leading to the severe employment situation since the colleges and universities have carried out enrollment expansion plan. Guangdong Province is the populous region in China; therefore, college students in Guangdong Province have been under high employment pressure for a long time. There are a lot of Reporting from media about “melted down” recently, which suggests bachelors should return back to vocational school to study some technologies in order to seeking for suitable jobs. This kind of news has aroused public to take a look at the current higher education's structure. Second, in early 2014, the Ministry of Education said more than 600 local undergraduate colleges which were upgraded from junior colleges after the enrollment expansion since 1999, may be transformed gradually. This means that half of the undergraduate colleges will be turned into vocational schools. There will be half of the undergraduate college face the transformation in Guangdong Province.In this case, such undergraduate colleges are ready or not, based on the economic and employment situation in Guangdong Province, combined with the geographical conditions, this study focuses on the necessity of vocational education as well as its imminent obstacles and puts forward some reference ideas from the perspective of government and institutions in the process of promoting undergraduate education's reform.
