    摘要目的:探讨大学生情绪调节策略、人际关系与主观幸福感的相关性,及人际关系在情绪调节策略与主观幸福感之间的中介作用。方法:采用问卷调查法对大学在校大学生进行调查研究。结果:(1)大学生情绪调节策略中认知重评水平整体处于较高水平(M=31.57>24) 。认知重评在生源所在地因素上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)大学生人际关系水平整体处于较低水平(M=6.74<14)。人际关系交际交友维度在性别因素上存在显著差异(P<0.01)。人际关系总体与交际与交友(P<0.01)、待人接物与异性交往(P<0.05)维度在专业因素上存在显著差异。(3)大学生生活满意度水平整体处于中等水平(M=20.78≈20),积极情感水平整体处于中等水平(M=23.08≈24),消极情感水平整体处于较低水平(M=17.58<32)。生活满意度、积极情感维度在年级因素上存在显著差异(P<0.01)。(4)大学生情绪调节策略两个维度、人际关系与主观幸福感三个维度之间呈现部分相关。表达抑制维度与人际关系呈显著正相关(P<0.01);表达抑制维度与积极情感维度呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与消极情感呈显著正相关(P<0.01);人际关系与生活满意度和积极情感均呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与消极情感呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。(5)人际关系在表达抑制和积极情感频率之间具有完全中介效应(R2=12.7%)。人际关系在表达抑制和积极、消极情感频率之间起部分中介效应(R2=6%)。结论:(1)表达抑制可以直接作用于积极情感,也可以通过人际关系间接作用于积极情感。(2)表达抑制可以直接作用于消极情感,也可以通过人际关系间接作用于消极情感。50155

     The relationship between Emotion Regulation Strategies,Interpersonal Relationship and Subjective Well Being Of College students

    Abstract Objective: To explore the relationship between emotion regulation strategies, interpersonal relationship and subjective well being, and the mediating role of interpersonal relationship in emotion regulation strategies and subjective well being.Methods: the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the students in Jiangsu Normal University.Results: (1) The overall level of cognitive re evaluation in college students' emotion regulation strategy is at a high level (M=31.57>24).  Cognitive reappraisal in students and local factors, there was a significant difference (P < 0.05).(2) The level of College Students' interpersonal relationship is at a low level (M=6.74<14). There were significant differences in the gender factors (P<0.01). Dimensions of interpersonal relationship and the whole society and making friends (P < 0.01), interpersonal and heterosexual intercourse (P < 0.05) in professional factors exist significant differences.(3) The level of life satisfaction of college students in middle level (M=20.78 = 20), positive emotional level overall in the middle level (M=23.08 = 24), level of negative affectivity in the overall low level M=17.58<32. There were significant differences in the factors of life satisfaction and positive affect dimension (P<0.01).(4) The two dimensions of interpersonal relationship and subjective well being of College Students' emotion regulation strategy is partly related to the three dimensions. Expression inhibition of dimension and interpersonal relationships showed significant positive correlation (P < 0.01); expressive suppression dimension and positive emotional dimension had a significant negative correlation (P < 0.01), and negative emotion showed significant positive correlation (P < 0.01); interpersonal relationship and life satisfaction and positive emotion showed a significant negative correlation (P < 0.01), and negative emotion showed significant positive correlation (P < 0.01).(5) The complete mediation effect (R2=12.7%) between the expression suppression and the positive emotion frequency. Interpersonal relationship plays a partial mediating effect between expression inhibition and positive and negative affective frequency (R2=6%).Conclusion: (1) The inhibition of expression can be directly related to positive emotions, but also can indirectly affect the positive emotions through interpersonal relationships. (2) Inhibition of expression can be directly related to negative emotions, but also can indirectly affect the negative emotions through interpersonal relationships.
