摘要:新课程标准要求把学生塑造成有健全人格的人,而学生在形成自己独特人 格的过程中难免会出现各种各样的问题,这些问题可大可小可轻可重,需要教师 谨慎对待、明智引导,帮助学生走好成长的每一步。低年级的学生正处于人格塑 造、行为习惯的养成期,在这期间,学生出现的“问题行为”主要原因在于学生 本身的年龄特点和心理特点,有些问题甚至是学生身心发展规律不可避免的,需 要时间才可以解决的。教师应关注到低年级小学生课堂学习中的“问题行为”, 发现他们与中高年段学生存在的差异,把低年级小学生的“问题行为”看成是发 展中的问题。学生课堂学习中的“问题行为”不仅仅涉及到学生的个人发展,还 涉及到其周围学生甚至整个班级体行为风气的养成。只要给予适时、恰当的引导, 定能高效矫正“问题行为”,形成良好的课堂学习氛围。70773

Abstract: The new curriculum standard demands to shape students’ healthy personality. However, in the process of forming their own unique personality, there obviously exists a variety of problems. For these problems, whether significant or minor, teachers need to treat carefully and guide rightly to help students take every step steadily. Lower grade pupils are just in the special period when they are shaping personality and developing behavioral habit. Therefore, the “problem behaviors” appearing in this period is mainly due to their own age characteristics and psychological characteristics. It , to some degree, is inevitable for the development of students’ bodies and minds, which they must take some time to resolve. Teachers should pay attention to the low-grade students’ “ problem behaviors” in class, find their differences from senior students and consider the “problem behaviors” as problems in development. Students’ “problem behaviors” in their normal classroom activities are not only related to personal development, but also to cultivating the habits of another students or even the entire class. But, we should firmly believe that by offering timely and proper guidance, we are able to efficiently correct the “problem behaviors” and then create a good classroom atmosphere.
