摘要：幼儿园户外体育游戏是幼儿园活动的重要内容之一，它能带给幼儿更加丰富的体验，但由于活动场地的特殊性等原因，户外体育游戏更需要教师和幼儿的双重注意。本文主要采用文献研究法、观察法，笔者在周口市T幼儿园进行为期一个月的实地观察收集了多个户外体育游戏样本。通过观察发现该幼儿园户外体育游戏中的经验：活动安排灵巧，具有趣味性;男幼师主教，幼儿参与性高;教师及时对幼儿的良好表现做出表扬，体现教育价值。存在问题：安全、卫生教育工作不充分;教师包办代替过多，教育价值不突出;重视个体轻视集体，不利于实现情感教育价值目标;忽视个体动作差异，只注重表面教学。并针对问题提出建议：提高安全意识，做足安全卫生准备工作;创造师生双主体教学环境;爱予全体，平等对待所有幼儿;强调动作差异，促进全体幼儿发展。本研究主要从教师角度来分析幼儿园户外体育游戏的影响因素。本研究希望能在一定程度上提高幼儿园户外体育游戏教学质量，促进幼儿和教师的共同发展。82032

The Study of Kindergarten Outdoor Sports Games

——A Case Study of T Kindergarten in Zhoukou City 

Abstract: Kindergarten outdoor sports games is an important part of the kindergarten activities, It gives children a richer spiritual experience, However, due to the special nature of the activities of the venues, outdoor sports games and more attention needs to double teachers and children。 This paper uses literature research, observation method。The author field observated T Kindergarten ，Zhoukou City for a month to collect a number of outdoor sports games。 Found that the kindergarten outdoor sports game experience by observing: Events schedule smart, engaging, bishop male teachers, children participation is high, Teachers praise children’s good behavior, reflected in the value of education。 Problems: safety, health education is not sufficient;teachers acting on their behalf too ;education value is not prominent;great importance to the inpidual despise the collective, emotional education is not conducive to achieving the target value; ignoring inpidual differences in the action, to focus only on the surface of teaching。 And make recommendations for the problem: raise safety awareness, safety and health preparatory work done; Teachers and students to create a double subject teaching environment; love to all, equal treatment of all children;action emphasized the differences to promote all early children development。 This study from the perspective of teachers to analyze factors kindergarten outdoor sports games。 This research hopes to improve the quality of teaching in kindergarten outdoor sports games to a certain extent, promote common development of children and teachers。
