摘要:幼儿混龄交往不仅能打破幼儿同龄交往的限制,还弥补了独生子女缺少同伴交往的不足。混龄交往可以使幼儿更好地适应社会,在幼儿同伴交往中具有更大的优势。鉴于此,本文通过文献法、观察法、访谈法,针对周口市S混龄幼儿园混龄交往的现状分析,发现同伴交往的方式主要以语言交往为主;混龄交往有性别差异;混龄交往有年龄差异以同龄交往为主,交往的主题以友好行为为主。针对混龄交往的现状,本研究中从教师和家庭两方面影响混龄交往的因素,在此基础上提出改进建议:为幼儿创设有利于混龄交往的活动环境;确保幼儿充足的自由活动时间;建立健全以大带小的的制度;家长转变教育观念,重视幼儿的混龄交往;鼓励混龄间幼儿的交往。83026

The Current Analysis of Mixed-age Association in Kindergarden

——Take the S mixed-age kindgartens of Zhoukou City as an example

Abstract: Mixed-age interaction can not only break the limit of the same age contacts, but also to make up for the lack of peer-child communication deficiencies。 Communication can make children of mixed ages to adapt to society better, it has a great advantage in Children 's Intercourse。 In view of this,through the paper documents, observation, interview, Status for Zhoukou S Mixed Age Kindergarten mixed-age peer interaction analysis, peer interaction was found mainly in the way of language communication; Mixed Age exchanges has gender differences;It also has age differences,and main in the same age communication;Friendly exchanges relating to the behavior of the main。 For the problem of few different age interaction in the mixed-age, In this study, factors unevenaged peer interaction from both teachers and families , recommendations for improvement based on this basis,create advantage environment for different age interaction;ensure adequate time for child free time; establish and improve the system With a large band of small; Parents changing concepts of education, attention to children of mixed-age communication;encourage children with different age exchanges。
