摘要：教室是小学生学习、生活的重要场所，它对小学生的身心发展有着不可忽视的作用，是一门与学生息息相关的潜在课程。本文运用实地观察法和文献研究法分析、研究了周口市小学教室布置的现状，发现小学教室布置存在四个方面的问题，即：缺乏整体性、趣味性、自主性、时效性。针对这些问题提出了四个相应的优化策略：对教室进行功能划分，增强教室布置的整体性；根据小学生兴趣特点进行布置，增强教室布置的趣味性；让学生参与教室布置，增强教室布置自主性；结合时间变化及时更改教室布置，增强教室布置的时效性。84148

The Problems and Countermeasures to the Arrangement of the Elementary School Classroom

--A Case Study of An Elementary School in Zhoukou

Abstract: The classroom is an important place for the pupils to study and live, which has a crucial influence on the physical and mental development of the pupils and is closely related with the students。 This paper studies the current situation of the arrangement of the elementary school classroom in Zhoukou by the way of field observation method and literature research method。 There are four aspects of the problems in arranging the elementary school classrooms, such as lacking of integrity, enjoyment, autonomy and timeliness。 Based on these problems, there are four corresponding optimizing strategies for them。 Enhance the integrity of the arrangement of the classroom according to the functions of the classrooms。 Promote the enjoyment of the arrangement of the classroom on the basis of the characteristics of the interest of the students。 Strengthen the autonomy of the arrangement of the classroom by letting the students take part in the arrangement of them。 Heighten the timeliness to alter the arrangement of them in line with the time。

小学教室布置的问题与对策——以周口市某小学为例

教室是教育活动不可缺少的重要组成部分，可是在实际教学中教室总是被忽略的那一部分，长久以来的观念就是教室只是一个可以遮风避雨保证教学活动顺利完成的地方，仅此而已。殊不知教室对学生的作用是潜移默化的，它的影响在短期内也许是微小的，但是经过日积月累就变得无法忽视。就像被种在泥土里的小小的种子，经过时间的沉淀才会长成参天大树。每个学生都是一颗种子，我们不知道他们会长成什么样子，也不应该规定他们的形状，应给予他们知识的养分，让他们茁壮成长。良好的教室布置就像是一种不可或缺的养分，因此，决不能予以漠视。
