摘要随着市场经济和信息技术的不断发展，供应链网络体系上各环节的成员企业均逐渐开始进入电子商务领域，以此更好地降低成本、提高效率、协同企业核心发展战略，而B2B电商模式作为电商领域最具潜力的运作模式之一，成为了各大企业在采购环节的首选。本文采用理论研究与实地考察相结合的方法，对集中采购发展现状和所存在的问题进行研究，提出将B2B电商平台引入供应链集中采购模式。依据SCOR模型、供应链协同等理论，构建了基于B2B电商平台的供应链集中采购模式实现模型，并以S公司为例，分析其采购问题，应用所构建的模型，寻找相应的解决措施。86341

Study on the Model of Supply Chain Centralized Purchasing Based on the B2B E-Commerce Platform 

Abstract With the continuous development of market economy and information technology, supply chain network system at all stages of member companies are beginning to enter the field of electronic commerce for reducing costs, improving efficiency and collaborativing enterprise core development strategy。 B2B e-commerce as one of the most promising mode of operation in the field of electronic business has become the first choice for major companies in the procurement chain。 In this paper, theoretical research and fieldwork are combined for researching development status and centralized purchasing。 Then we propose the introduction of B2B e-commerce platform for supply chain centralized purchasing mode。 According to the theory of SCOR model and supply chain collaboration, we construct supply chain centralized procurement model based on B2B e-commerce platform。 We put S company as a case to analyze its procurement。 Then we use the constructed model to find solutions。
