摘要产业集群转型升级所具有的强大竞争优势早就引起了国内外的关注，在业界和学术界已经形成了广泛的共识，从上个世纪末开始美国等16个国家就积极开展了关于产业集群的讨论和研究，产业集群转型对我国的企业也很重要，它是我国经济转型的内生动力，而长三角是我国经济发展的重要引擎，长三角地区的产业集群转型升级成功与否直接关系到我国经济转型的发展速度。本文在阐述产业集群转型升级重要性的基础上，通过研究相关问题的界定以及长三角地区现在产业集群的现状、制约因素和转型的必要性，在这基础上提出一些关于长三角产业集群转型升级路径的意见。86586

0 引言

任何国家和地区在发展的过程当中都难免会遇到产业转型和升级的问题，这不仅是企业不断发展壮大的有利契机，也是整个国际经济形势的发展趋势。自08年的金融危机之后，欧美等西方国家在经济上遭遇了滑铁卢，长三角也遭遇了前所未有的发展困境，这就使得长三角地区的产业集群升级和转型迫在眉睫。面对这种形势，长三角地区的政府和企业也积极的采取了措施，他们积极探索了产业集群转型升级的可行路径和模式，因此研究长三角地区产业转型问题对于长三角的集群转型和升级有着深远的意义。
