摘要: 随着全球经济后工业化进程的加快,文化创意产业渐渐成为较多发达国家的支柱产业之一,相应的文化创意产业集聚区大量涌现。在我国,不仅是在较为发达的东部地区,在一些中部甚至是西部地区也出现了大量的相关园区。这一现象一方面说明了我国的文化创意产业具有强劲的发展势头,拥有可观的未来市场,另一方面也是各界人士认可、支持的结果。然而我国当前的文化创意产业园区也存在许多问题,我们太过注重园区的“量”,却忽视了园区的“质”,目前创意园区建设缺少一条足够支撑起整个文化创意产业运作的产业链。创意产业链的构筑、拓展、延伸是文化创意产业园区发展的核心。缺乏完整的产业链将使园区内出现相同性质产品竞争过大从而淘汰了一些优秀的企业等问题。因此,园区应建立完整的创意产业链,并有效地整合和延伸产业链,实现创意市场化和产业化。19881

Current Development of China's cultural and creative industries
Abstract: With the acceleration of the industrialization process in global economic, cultural and creative industries gradually become one of the key pillar industries in most developed countries. Whether in China or overseas, more and more cultural and creative industries arised.hinese cultural and creative industries are increasing,not only in the developed eastern regions, and even in some central or western regions,there have been a large number of relevant park.This phenomenon explains that chinese cultural and creative industries has strong momentum ,and own a considerable future market;on the other hand,it is also the result of the support from all public recognition, more and more people are willing to spend time and energy paying attention to it.However,our current cultural and creative industries also have many problems, we focused on the "quantity" of the park, but ignore the park's "quality" .Nowadays,most cultural and creative park lack a chain to support their operation.Creative industry chain is the key of building,expanding ,extending cultural and creative industrial park's development.The lack of a complete industrial chain will enable homogeneous product competitiveness and weed out many excellent enterprise.Therefore,the park should establish a complete chain of creative industries,and effectively integrate and extend the industrial chain,to achieve creative marketization and industrialization.

自十七大报告第一次提出“文化生产力”的概念后,我国对文化建设及文化产业发展的重视程度达到了空前的高度。会议上明确提出了大力发展文化产业的要求:推动文化产业跨越式发展,为推动科学发展提供重要支撑;要构建现代文化产业体系,形成公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的文化产业格局,推进文化科技创新,扩大文化消费。
