摘要近几年来电子商务行业突飞猛进的发展，使得黑灰产业提供了以刷单炒信行为的方式去 获得不当收入，这给电子商务行业的发展埋下了不小的隐患。因此，研究行之有效的刷单炒 信行为治理手段，引导商家正确使用平台广告业务就显得非常重要。88036

本文通过查阅中外文献，研究刷单炒信行为的相关理论，以蘑菇街真实的刷单炒信行为 数据例作为案例，通过案例分析，探究了虚假交易行为对广告业务的影响以及其两者的关联 性，为虚假交易行为在平台治理角度提供了启示。
