摘要2016年,网络消费市场已进入成熟期。大学生作为网络消费者中的一个特殊且重要的群体,其消费观念、消费习惯对网络消费平台的发展具有一定的指导性和借鉴性。因此,对大学生网络消费行为的研究是一项具有现实意义的课题。88194
本文根据国内外有关消费者购物行为的文献及网络消费模型,提出商品因素、服务因素、安全因素、网页因素对大学生网络消费行为有密切影响的四个变量,并建立大学生网络消费的理论模型对四个因素及行为变量的关系进行分析;发现商品因素、服务因素、安全因素、网页因素对大学生网络消费行为有显著正相关影响;进而总结了大学生网络消费的行为特征;并对网络消费平台给出进一步的发展建议。
