摘    要固定收益证券，是一种低风险的金融工具。以国债回购为例，借助国债本身的性质，使其交易的风险性大大降低，一时间国债回购交易成为了一种普遍的投资手段。中国银行间回购市场经过了多年的发展与实践，已经逐渐转变成了商业银行以及其他非银行金融机构等投资者进行头寸管理和流动性管理的重要场所，同时也是央行进行公开市场业务操作以及完成并实现货币政策信息传递的重要媒介。我国的债券回购市场，是一个以银行间回购市场为主体，交易所场内回购交易市场并行的回购市场。近些年来，交易所回购市场呈现快速发展的趋势，这使得金融机构、非金融企业、个人投资者等众多市场主体越来越多地参与进来。随着投资者数量的增加及市场规模的扩张，想要保持我国债券市场的平稳发展及进步，需应对债券回购市场发展现状进行审视并寻求进一步完善。89812
