Research on the Influence of RMB Exchange Rate on Import and Export Trade of Jiangsu Province and Countermeasures
Abstract: After the reform of RMB exchange rate regime, more flexible exchange rate formation mechanism has increased the uncertainty and complexity of the exchange rate. The changes of RMB exchange rate not only involve the changes in the ratio of the RMB against the national currency, also have an impact on the foreign trade of each region in our country. Taking Jiangsu Province for analysis, theory expounded the changes of the RMB exchange rate affect the import and export trade mechanism. It analyzes the status of the RMB exchange rate and the characteristics of the import and export trade of Jiangsu Province. Then I select the annual RMB exchange rate against major foreign currencies of 2005--2013 and import and export volume of Jiangsu Province statistics. This paper uses SPSS19.0 statistical software, statistical methods of linear regression analysis to analyze the relation between the RMB exchange rate and import and export trade of Jiangsu Province. And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.

一、导论
（一）选题背景与意义
最近几年，人民币汇率再次成为以美国为首的西方贸易国关注的焦点。在对外贸易中,汇率作为一个重要的调节杠杆，体现了国内价格、国外价格之间的联系，反映了参与国际贸易的商品和服务的相对价格，在一国的对外贸易中起到非常重要的作用。汇率直接影响到一个国家的收支结构、价格水平乃至国际资源配置。
自2002年以来，美国、日本等国由于国内的经济和政治因素对中国施压，以期解决与中国的贸易逆差，把矛头指向了人民币汇率，要求人民币升值，或者使用有更大浮动范围的汇率制度。2005年7月21日，在以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币、有管理的浮动汇率制度实施之初，中国人民银行宣布人民币兑美元升值2%、日波幅上下3%。2008年，由于美国的金融危机，人民币便采取了紧盯美元的汇率政策。2010年以来，中国重新启动冻结了的汇率制度，开始实施人民币单边升值。在这个过程中，我国实施的是以市场为导向、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度，它的具体做法是：一是充分发挥以市场供求为基础的浮动汇率的信号作用；二要根据进出口贸易状况，实时调整汇率，实现更加平衡的有效管理；三是不再一盯住某一货币，而是从一篮子货币角度对待汇率。改革人民币汇率体制后，灵活的汇率制度更增加了汇率变化的复杂性和不确定性，对国家而言，这不仅影响中国的整体经济，特别是进出口贸易，而且对区域经济产生重要影响[1]，尤其是一些以出口为导向的地区。本文以经济贸易大省——江苏省为例，分析人民币汇率的变化对进出口贸易产生的影响。
