The problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of processing trade in our country and countermeasures
Abstract: Growingly opened since China's reform and opening up，along with our country the requirement of the improvement and deepening of international pision of labor, the rapid development of processing trade in commercial trade transactions in China and gradually become the main way of foreign trade, in promoting foreign trade development, increase foreign exchange revenue, expand employment, promote the industrialization process, enhance the level of economic development plays a huge role. Processing trade in our country foreign trade status, influence is widespread, the processing trade development history, present situation and future development direction of the research is of far-reaching significance. On the basis of analysis and reasoning, and a large number of facts, the several aspects demonstrated the position and role of the processing trade in our country, the characteristics of the processing trade, to promote the development of processing trade transformation, studies the present situation of the processing trade and the basis of China's processing trade transformation, the opportunities and face the important issue.
