Problems and Countermeasures of Investment Abroad in
State-owed Enterprises
Abstract: The investment abroad of state-owed enterprises is an important part of capital export of our country which has significant repercussions for the revenue of the state-owed enterprises on the whole. It means a lot for economic development of our country to study the current problems and countermeasures of investment abroad in state-owed enterprises. Today, the investment abroad of state-owed enterprises not only faces the problems of politics factors and lacks of international competitiveness, but also has problems in these areas such as the investment decisions, the financing payment, the operation management. Response to these problems, the specific countermeasures of downplaying the political influence, improving the international competitiveness, optimizing the investment structure, increasing the financial transparency, establishing good management system are given in this article.

国有企业对外投资存在的问题及对策
前言
国有企业对外投资是中国对外投资的最主要部分，长期占据着中国对外投资的主体地位。二十一世纪初，随着中国加入WTO，国有企业对外投资在新时期进一步发展。在多元化的对外投资格局下，国有企业对外投资的主体地位受到冲击，另外由于国有企业特有的性质，使国有企业在海外投资中遇到一些障碍，在整个投资过程中也存在着一些问题。
本论文描述了国有企业对外投资的发展历程，分别从投资规模、投资地区、投资行业阐述了国有企业对外投资的现状，分析出国有企业在对外投资过程中存在的一些问题，并根据这些问题提出针对性的解决对策，希望这些研究能够起到借鉴的作用。
