Problems and Policies of Attracting Foreign Investment in Henan
Abstract: Since the beginning of the reform and opening-up ,our country has been implementing the positive policy of introducing foreign investment. By now, FDI has become a key factor that influences our economical development. Henan, as one of the major provinces of economy in central China, has a great responsibility on the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone, so it is very important to widen the area and deepen the force in relation to FDI. However, there are many problems in Henan Province , such as irrational industrial structure to attract foreign investment, foreign investment generally small-scale, quality is not high, not enough to attract foreign investment, foreign investment environment is not standardized, and so on. In this case, the problems of attracting foreign investment in Henan Province put forward a comprehensive system of countermeasures is essential, such as the need to optimize the utilization of foreign investment, improve the investment environment, etc. These countermeasures to promote foreign investment in Henan Province rapid development has important theoretical and practical significance.
