The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on China's Domestic Employment
Abstract: In the 21st century world of economic globalization, foreign direct investment in the various countries to enhance their international competitiveness and their international comprehensive national strength in the world economic arena plays an irreplaceable role. For our part, as China's opening-up policy in full swing and we continue to accelerate the pace of development of our economy, China's foreign direct investment mushrooming development. China's foreign direct investment on China's domestic employment situation will produce what kind of impact, more and more people's attention but also raised fears of some scholars. This article, based on previous studies, the attempt from the status of China's foreign direct investment to analyze China's foreign direct investment on China's domestic employment, and make recommendations on the impact of China's foreign direct investment on China's domestic employment.

对外直接投资对我国国内就业的影响
前言
对外直接投资，是我国企业在外经营的一种经济投资方式，随着我国企业经营区位的流动，相应的会带动我国相关从业人员的流动。对外直接投资使我国企业跻身于世界经济舞台，从而提升了企业自身国际竞争力以及减少了企业的生产成本，相应地增加了国内生产，其在某种程度上有利于国内就业人的增加。但是，对外直接投资具有出口替代作用，即对外直接投资的我国企业在外进行直接相关产业的生产活动，则相应的会对我国同类出口产品产生冲击作用，导致我国企业产品的出口较少，进而加大了我国失业人数。张晓雪、陈万明（2006）认为我国对直接投资并不能提高我国的城镇就业率，相反会加剧失业。
