摘要:随着我国经济快速发展,国民生活水平提高的同时金融消费已经成为现代生活的重要组成部分。我国人口老龄化的比重上升,老年金融消费市场潜力巨大。老年金融消费者的权益经常受到侵害。本文通过实际调查发现老年金融消费者保护立法不够完善;文权困难;缺乏处理老年金融消费者投诉和解决纠纷的机制;老年人金融知识了解不足等现象。通过多层次多角度的分析和研究,借鉴发达国家的经验,结合金融机构的现实状况,建议提供老年金融消费者网络投诉平台,加强对老年人金融知识的宣传,增加一些对老年金融消费者的一些便利服务等措施,为改善我国老年金融消费者权益保障研究提供一些基本思路和对策。38647 毕业论文关键词:老龄化;老年金融消费者;金融机构
Old financial consumer rights and interests protection research
Abstract:Along with our country economy fast development, the national life level and financial consumption has become an important part of modern life. Rise in the proportion of population aging in our country, can make old financial consumer market has huge potential. The elderly, as a special consumer groups increasingly close contact with financial institutions, to buy financial products and accept financial services has become an indispensable part of in the elderly daily consumption, but at the same time, old phenomenon of financial consumer has been violated. In this paper, through the actual survey found old financial consumer protection legislation is not perfect; Rights of difficulties; Lack of dealing with old financial consumer complaints and disputes solving mechanism; The old phenomenon such as lack of financial knowledge. Through the analysis of hierarchical multiple perspectives and research, based on the experience of the developed countries, combining the reality of financial institutions, suggest to provide elderly consumer financial network complaints platform, to strengthen the publicity of the old financial knowledge, add some convenience in elderly consumer financial services and other measures. For the elderly to improve old financial consumer rights and interests protection research in China to provide some basic ideas and countermeasures.
