无锡市物联网产业集群创新发展的关键要素与机制研究
论文分析了研究无锡市物联网产业发展现状，发现存在以下问题：技术标准体系不完善限制产业发展；物联网技术应用领域亟待开拓；产业集群创新体系不健全等。探索该集群的要素结构与创新机制，发现：技术权力和领先公司具有带动作用；区域内频繁的技术转移、技术扩散和技术溢出是促进创新集群发展的主要因素；社会网络、学习型区域、创新平台和行业协会则是集群发展不可或缺的资源。产业集群的机制是以知识创新、技术创新以及集群制度创新为基础的，并且政府的介入和制度的安排也是一个重要因素。论文最后提出了无锡联网产业集群创新发展的政策建议。

Current situation of the development of the Internet of things industry in wuxi, this paper analyses the research, found the following problems: technical standard system is not perfect to restrict industry development; The Internet of things technology applications to develop; Industrial clusters innovation system is not sound, etc. To explore the cluster structure and the elements of innovation mechanism, found that technical power and leading the company has a leading role; Of frequent in the area of technology transfer, technology diffusion and technology spillovers are main factors to promote the development of innovation clusters; Social network, the learning area, innovation platform and industry association is an indispensable resource cluster development.
