Abstract：Entering the WTO, China's auto came into a new situation. Joining WTO will bring a lot of opportunities but challenges. 入世对中国汽车产业的影响及对策研究
前言
2001年12月11日，中国正式成为世界贸易组织的成员，这会给中国的汽车产业带来很大的影响。一方面，入世给中国的汽车产业带来机遇。首先，中国有更多的机会与世界接轨，可以更好地向其它国家学习先进的技术，也可以将中国的商业与文化带向其它国家，提高中国的国际地位。其次，由于之前的汽车产业主要是靠外资发展的，在长期的高关税和保护下，汽车的价格居高不下，竞争力十分薄弱，入世后，汽车产业面临激烈竞争，国内的汽车产业结构开始调整，几家竞争力相对强大的大公司将会在竞争中发展，小汽车公司倒闭，这种调整方式将满足消费者的需求，汽车价格也会出现层次，汽车市场扩大。另一方面，入世给中国的汽车产业带来了很大的冲击[1]。作为发展中国家的中国，入世后整个汽车产业将会在恶劣的环境下进行激烈的竞争，由于经济相对落后，企业技术水平低，竞争能力弱，中国的汽车产业将很难抵抗国外产品的大量进入，所以面临着前所未有的挑战。
