摘要互联网金融的发展给人们带来了便利，但是也存在许多风险需要研究。本文首先概述了互联网金融和互联网金融风险的相关概念，又研究了互联网金融风险的现状、问题、原因。接着以P2P网络借贷为例进行案例分析，得出我国互联网金融风险存在着法律法规不健全、行业不规范、相关部门监管不到位等问题。最后对互联网金融风险防范提出建议：构建互联网金融安全体系，建立健全的法律法规，修补技术漏洞、降低技术风险，依法监管互联网金融犯罪行为，建立互联网金融风险监管体系。42303

Internet Financial Risk Supervision- A Case Study of P2P network lending

Abstract Internet financial development has brought convenience to people, but there are many risks need to be regulated. First of all, this paper outlines the concept of Internet banking and Internet financial risks. Secondly, the existing circumstances, issues and causes of Internet financial risks are studied .Then taking P2P network lending as an example, it is concluded that the laws and regulations on Internet financial risk supervision are not perfect, the industry is not standardized, and the relevant departments are not in place and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions of Internet Banking Risk prevention: Internet financial security system construction;  establishing perfect laws and Internet banking risk supervision system; repairing technical loopholes and reducing technology risk; according to the regulation of supervising Internet financial crime.

一 引言

（一）研究背景与意义

互联网金融是传统金融机构与互联网企业为了资金融通、支付、投资和提供信息中介服务，借助互联网技术和信息通信技术创造出来的新型金融业务模式。互联网与金融成为一体飞速地发展，将使人们接触的金融产品、业务、服务等发生翻天覆地的变化，但与此同时对互联网金融风险的监管却是极其落后的，其风险监管将成为金融领域研究的重难点。2014年开始，以P2P网络借贷为代表的我国互联网金融产业暴露许多问题，借款人跑路、资金不知去向、平台无法运营等。这些事件迫使业界对互联网金融风险的关注加大并赶紧出台对互联网金融风险的监管措施。
