摘要:随着近几年海外购物市场的火爆越来越多的人开始关注这一新兴市场,本文以两种海外购物模式——“海代”和“海淘”为例,着重介绍两者在价格、购物渠道、物流、进入门槛、支付方式、折扣、真假辨别等方面的对比分析,发现两种海外购物模式存在价格组成模糊不清、购物渠道不安全、物流服务差、入门门槛高、消费者支付有风险、假货充斥市场等问题,并站在宏观国家法律政策监管角度和微观角度实践提出优化途径,以期这一新兴产业健康快速发展。43454

A comparative analysis of two overseas shopping patterns -- a case study of "sea Amoy" and "sea generation"
Abstract:As in recent years, overseas shopping hot market more and more people started to pay attention to this emerging market, In this paper, two overseas shopping patterns - sea-and sea Amoy, for example, focuses on the comparative analysis of the two in terms of price, shopping channels, logistics, barriers to entry, payment, discounts, and other aspects of true and false identification, review of relevant literature journals, instructor's advice, found that both overseas shopping patterns exist price component blurred, shopping channels insecurity, poor logistics services, high barriers to entry, paid by consumers at risk, fakes flooding the market and other issues, and stood macro national laws and policies and regulatory point of view put forward ways to optimize micro perspective, to healthy and rapid development of this emerging industry.
