摘要江苏省沭阳县位于江苏北部，是有名的苗木产业大县，气候是在大陆与海洋性气候和南北气候的中间地带。近几年，沭阳县的好几个乡镇，比如新河、颜集、庙头等，充分发挥了自己的区位优势，以及苗木资源非常丰富的优势，大力发展起来，通过多样化的销售方式出售苗木，使苗农的生活水平逐渐提高。不过，在苗木产业不断发展的形势下，许多问题也凸显出来了，苗木种类繁多，产品结构不协调；产业散乱，产业化程度地；盲目跟风，市场混乱；品牌效应差，物流体系不完善，没有创新力；信息化程度低，缺少高素质人才；资金短缺，出口贸易；网销口碑差，缺乏诚信度等问题。所以沭阳县的苗木产业发展状态亟需改变，针对出现的各种问题，提出对策，协调各种规格产品比例，规模化生产，完善销售体系，运输体系，引进科学技术，聘用高素质人才，招商引资，加强诚信度等措施，推动沭阳县苗木产业的持续发展，对作为沭阳支柱产业的传统苗木业能够进入到一种新的发展局面充满愿景。43573
