摘要种植业作为我国农村居民的主要收入来源,在我国的农村经济发展中占据着重要地位。本文根据中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)2009年的横截面数据,选取了四周患病情况、BMI指数、热量摄入、蛋白质摄入和脂肪摄入等指标作为营养与健康状况的测量指标,实证分析了营养健康状况对农村居民种植业收入的影响。研究表明:BMI指数中体重正常组以及四周患病对农村居民的种植业收入有显著影响,而热量摄入、蛋白质摄入及脂肪摄入对居民的种植业收入的影响并不显著。且受教育程度、年龄、性别和务农经验等变量对农村居民种植业收入的影响都十分显著。本文认为可以通过改善农村居民的营养健康状况来提高居民的种植业收入。因此,政府应该在农村普及卫生保健知识;抑制医疗费用的增长,完善医疗报销制度;完善农村医疗卫生服务体系,提高医疗服务的可及性;引导农村居民树立健康人力资本的投资观念。45018 毕业论文关键词:农村居民; 种植业收入; 营养; 健康; CHNS数据
Abstract
Farming as a main source income of rural residents, occupies an important position in the development of Chinese rural economy. This article selected four weeks of illness, BMI index, caloric intake, protein intake and fat intake and other indicators as nutritional and health status of measure, which based on the Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) cross-sectional data for 2009, to analyze the impact of nutrition and health status for the farming income of rural residents. Studies have shown that: the normal weight group of BMI index and four weeks of illness had a significant impact on farming income of rural residents, but the impact of caloric intake, protein intake, and fat intake for farming income of residents are not significant. In addition, the impact of education, age, gender and farming experience for farming income of rural residents are also very significant. This paper argues that can improve residents’ farming income by improving the nutritional health of rural residents. Therefore, the government should spread the knowledge of universal health care in rural areas, inhibit the growth of medical costs, improve the medical reimbursement system, improve rural health service system, improve the availability of medical services, guide the rural residents to establish the concept of healthy human capital investment.

营养健康状况对农村居民种植业收入的影响研究
一、引言
㈠ 研究背景及意义
改革开放以来,我国农村经济实现了快速的发展,农村居民收入水平显著提高。从1978年到2013年,农村居民人均纯收入由138元提高到8896元,增长了近64倍。但与此同时,在这35年间,城镇居民人均可支配收入也在快速增长,从343元增长到26955元,增长了近76倍,其增长速度远远快于农村居民收入的增长速度①。从这些数据可以看出,虽然近几年农村居民的收入已经实现快速增长的目标,但是城乡之间的收入差距扩大的趋势并没有得到有效的遏制,农村居民的收入增收相对较慢,促进农村居民收入持续增长的长效机制尚未完全建立。农村居民的收入问题是全面建设小康社会的关键问题,因此探讨我国农村居民收入的影响因素并提出相关的解决措施十分紧迫。
