摘要：中国（上海）自由贸易试验区将于2013年9月29日正式挂牌开张，作为中国的第一个自由贸易试验区，它实行政府职能转变、金融制度、贸易服务等多项改革措施，为上海带来持续发展的好处。运输服务业作为第三产业的重要力量，它通过提供服务为社会的生产和人民服务。运输服务业的发展能够稳定运输市场的秩序，完备运输功能，形成综合运输能力以及方便生活和提高办事效率。本文通过分析港口、机场以及陆运的货物吞吐量和相关政策下上海的海、陆、空运输的发展情况来研究自贸区背景下上海运输服务业的发展。47069

Under the background of Free trade zone, the research about the development of Shanghai transportation service industry

Abstract: China (Shanghai) free trade area will be opened on September 29, 2013, is China's first free trade area, the change of government function, the financial system, trade services, foreign investment and several reform measures such as tax policy, for the benefits of sustainable development in Shanghai. Transportation service industry as an important force of the third industry, by providing service for social production and people's service. Transport services to the development of stable transportation market order, complete the transportation function, the formation of integrated transport capacity and convenient life and improve efficiency. This article through the analysis of the cargo throughput of ports, airports, and land transportation and related policies of Shanghai land, sea and air transport situation to study the development of free trade under the background of the development of Shanghai shipping service industry.
