摘要近年来,信息通信技术的传播与渗透以及电子商务发展极大地加速了经济全球化的进程。跨境电子商务作为电子商务的一个重要分支,在促进我国进出口贸易和维持经济持续健康发展方面扮演着重要的角色,将帮助我国的中小企业走向世界。然而我国跨境电子商务仍处于幼稚状态,技术壁垒、管理落后、人才短缺、政策缺失等因素已严重制约了其发展。52721

本文希望通过环境分析法和文献研究法相结合的方式,整理出制约我国中小企业跨境电子商务发展的影响因素。通过案例分析,以浙江盛洋科技股份有限公司为例,了解其在跨境电子商务发展中的优势,并针对存在的问题,从政府、企业、技术三个层面总结提炼出中小企业跨境电子商务发展的策略。

跨境电子商务带给我国中小企业无限机遇,但也充满了挑战,只有认真分析其发展现状、存在风险和影响因素,着力研究应对策略,才能让跨境电子商务真正为我所用。

Abstract: In recent years, the spread and penetration of information and communication technology and the development of electronic commerce have greatly accelerated the process of economic globalization. Cross-border e-commerce as an important branch of electronic commerce, plays an important role in the promotion of China's import and export trade and maintaining the sustained and healthy development of the economy, and also will help the medium and small enterprises in China walk to the world. However, China's cross-border e-commerce is still in a childish state, and technical barriers, backward management, talent shortage, lack of policy and other factors have seriously restricted its development.

In this paper, through the combination of environmental analysis and literature research methods, I will analyze the factors that restrict the development of cross-border e-commerce of small and medium enterprises in China. Through case analysis, taking Zhejiang Shengyang Science & Technology Co., LTD as an example, we’ll understand its advantages in the development of cross-border e-commerce. And for its problems, from the three levels of government, business, technology, I’ll sum up the development strategies of small and medium enterprises' cross-border e-commerce.

   Cross border e-commerce brings infinite opportunities for small and medium enterprises in China, but it is also full of challenges. Only a careful analysis of the development status, risk and impact factors and focus on the coping strategies can make cross-border e-commerce really use.
