摘要随着中国经济的高速发展,国内居民财富得到迅猛增长。同时,国内商业银行被人们赋予更多期望,更多的居民希望通过银行的理财产品实现资产的增值。本文先是对选题背景与意义以及研究方法进行了说明,分析了我国商业银行个人理财产品的现状。在前人有关我国商业银行理财产品从产品实质、经营方式、风险承担和市场竞争这四个方面特点的研究基础上,以中国银行的个人理财产品为例,着重从产品特征角度把我国商业银行理财产品分成了准货币市场基金、双利存款、结构性存款和固定收益组合四类理财产品,同时对其风险管理体系进行了研究,重点是总结出在利率市场化进程中我国商业银行理财产品面临的一些机遇和诸多问题,最后是给出了相应的政策建议。65948

Title The current situation and characteristics and opportunities of the financial products of Chinese commercial banks
Abstract
With the increasing development of economy in China, the assets of domestic inhabitants got increased quickly in the past years. And at the same time, wealth management was accepted by Chinese, by which people hope their assets could be increased. This article firstly describes the research background and significance and research methods, and then illustrates the current situation of Chinese commercial banks on personal finance products. In the previous articles on financial products for Chinese commercial banks from the product substance, mode of operation, risk exposures and market competition, for example, the Bank of China's personal financial products, this article pides the Chinese commercial banks’ financial products into quasi-money market funds, double profits deposits, structured deposits and fixed-income portfolio four from the perspective of the features of products, and at the same time, the Bank of China's risk management system has been studied. In the process of the interest rate liberalization, Chinese commercial banks are faced with some opportunities and many other issues on financial products, and finally this article gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
