摘要目前我国大部分外贸企业仍然是传统出口型，面对金融危机，出口萎缩，生存和发展环境更加严峻，迫切需要管理创新。提升外贸企业核心竞争力的一个重要方法就是加强物流供应链管理。当前我国外贸企业物流供应链管理还存在着许多问题，突出表现在落后的管理手段和模式以及低下的物流供应链服务水平。基于此，本文通过比较不同的外贸运输方式，分析了外贸企业当下物流供应链的现状。同时，本文在对大量文献研究的基础上，结合了自己的思考和创新，介绍了几方面改进和发展策略，提出了构建现代化物流管理系统，改善物流管理技术和手段，培养人才等的建议。67684

Title  Study on Logistics & Supply Chain Management of Foreign Trade Enterprises

Abstract

At present, most of the Chinese foreign trade enterprises still export in a traditional way. Facing with financial crisis and shrink of exportation, their living and developing environment are becoming more and more severe, thus management innovation is needed urgently. One significant approach of improving the core competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises is to strengthen logistics and supply chain management. Currently in our country, lots of problems exist in these companies in the field of logistics and supply chain management. These problems are most conspicuous in backward methods of management and the low service level of logistics and supply chain. Based on the above situations, this paper analyses the current situation of the logistics and supply chain of foreign trade enterprises by comparing different transportation modes of foreign trade. Meanwhile, based on plentiful study of documents and the author’s own thinking and innovation, this paper introduces improvement and development strategies in several aspects and raises suggestions about structuring modern logistics management system, ameliorating logistics managerial techniques and means and personnel training, etc.
