摘要越南与中国同为社会zhuyi国家，国情类似，文化相通，都走在一条革新开放的发展道路上。根据IMF统计数据显示，2001年越南GDP约为325.24亿美元，到2011年其GDP已达1096.75亿美元，越南经济保持快速的发展。作为社会zhuyi国家实行市场化经济改革的少有样本之一，越南在这一过程中积累大量经验的同时，也暴露出很多的问题。而股市往往被看作是经济运行的晴雨表，它的一举一动都与经济面息息相关。基于此，本文尝试以越南股票市场作为研究对象，对越南股票市场的发展进行分析，具体包括越南股票市场建立的背景、越南股票市场的发展历程等，同时，我们也将越南股票市场和美国股票市场进行比较，最后指出越南股票市场存在的问题，并提出了相应的建议。68217

Abstract

Vietnam and China are socialist countries, the national conditions and cultural are similar, walking in the development road of an innovative and opening. According t o IMF statistics, it shows that Vietnam's GDP in 2001 was approximately $ 32,524,000,000, its GDP reached 109.675 billion U.S. dollars in 2011, and Vietnam economy has maintained rapidly development. Implement market-oriented economic reforms, one of the few samples of a socialist country, Vietnam accumulated a lot of experience in this process, but there are many problems. And the stock market is often seen as a barometer of economic operation, it is closely linked with the economic side. Based on this, we try to research the Vietnamese stock market to analyze the development of stock markets in Vietnam, including the background Vietnam stock market to establish, the course of development of the Vietnamese stock market. At the same time, we also compare Vietnam's stock market with the U.S. stock, and conclude the problems of the Vietnam stock market, and then provide the corresponding recommendations.
