摘要 “一带一路”战略的提出是国家进一步对外开放和深化改革的重要选择。而对外直接投资正是“一带一路”战略的重要内容之一，顺应了中国现阶段国际大经济的发展形势。自从改革开放以来，中国民营企业迅猛的发展势头标志着它将成为中国对外投资发展的中坚力量。本文介绍了“一带一路”发展战略的背景和内容及中国民营企业对外直接投资的现状，并结合“一带一路”战略的提出分析其为民营企业对外直接投资带来的机遇与挑战，最后以洲际油气对外直接投资的战略作为实例，为中国民营企业的对外直接投资提出具体的发展策略。79346

Title Research on Opportunities and Challenges of Outward Foreign Direct  Investment of Chinese Private Enterprises under the Strategy of the Belt and Road 

Abstract "The Belt and Road" national strategy is an important strategic choice of China to further deepen the reform and opening up。 And outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) is one of the main contents of "the Belt and Road" strategy, which in line with the practical needs of China's current international economic development。 Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development momentum of China's private enterprises marks that they will become the backbone of China's OFDI。 On the basis of the introduction of the background and content of "the Belt and Road" development strategy and description of the current situation of Chinese private enterprises’ OFDI, the article analyzed the opportunities and challenges it brings for private enterprises to OFDI combined with that "the Belt and Road" Strategy。 Finally, it took Geo-Jade Petroleum Corporation’s OFDI as an example to put forward specific development policy for OFDI of Chinese private enterprises。
