摘 要：跨国并购是一把双刃剑，成功了将会带给企业巨大的效益，失败则会造成不可估计的损失。本文以中国企业跨国并购的研究—中石油为例，简述中石油并购pk公司的过程，进而来分析跨国并购的动因、跨国并购过程中所面临的风险、跨国并购中所存在的问题，并就中国企业进行跨国并购的活动提出一些针对性的建议以及推动企业跨国并购的对策，为企业的走出去营造良好的环境，增加企业跨国并购成功的把握，提高中国的国际化进程效率，加快中国走向国际的步伐。81646
