摘  要：20世纪末，我国进行外汇管理体系改革后，外汇储备呈阶梯状上升，已连续十年稳居世界第一。虽然近两年开始快速下降，从2014年中旬最高峰值3。99万亿美元降到2016年3月底的3。2万亿美元，但与IMF提出的国际指标相比，我国外汇储备的结构仍然存在着较大的不合理性。因此，本文正是在这样的背景条件下，首先从我国外汇储备规模、币种结构、资产结构、储备成本以及黄金占比等方面分析了外汇储备结构的现状。然后，揭示出我国这种不合理的外汇储备结构所存在的风险：规模快速下降、币种结构和资产结构单一、储备成本高和黄金占比低等。最后，针对这些问题提出对我国外汇储备结构长远发展的可行性策略。84010

Chinese Foreign Exchange Reserve Structure Management Studies

Abstract: After the end of the 20th century, China's foreign exchange management system reform, the foreign exchange reserve increases, has been the no。1 world for ten consecutive years。 Although began to rapid decline in nearly two years, from the mid - 2014 peak of $2014 to $3。2 trillion in 2016 at the end of march, but compared with international index put forward by the IMF, the structure of Chinese foreign exchange reserve, there still is not reasonable。 Therefore, it is in this background conditions, this paper first from the Chinese foreign exchange reserve scale, the currency structure, asset structure, and gold reserve costs than aspects analyzes the present situation of the foreign reserves structure。 Then, analysis to identify structural problems: rapid decline in scale, the single currency structure and asset structure, high cost and low proportion of gold reserves。 Finally, aiming at these problems puts forward the feasibility of Chinese foreign exchange reserve structure for the long-term development strategy。
