摘要：目前世界经济贸易的发展趋向以服务贸易为主。服务贸易不仅代替了货物贸易的经济地位，还成为各国经济发展的关键。因此，各国陆续将对外贸易发展的经济重心从货物贸易转移至服务贸易。为了提升我国经济发展程度、国家综合实力，以及在对外贸易中的地位，发展服务贸易是势在必行的。本文辅以相应的数据和图表为基础，对发达国家服务贸易体制以及我国的服务贸易发展现状及问题做了一些系统的分析和研究，并通过研究发达国家服务贸易的现状及特征，借鉴其发展经验及措施，得出了推进我国服务贸易的自由化和服务业技术创新，完善服务贸易立法及管理体制建设等结论，为我国政府和企业提出了一些发展服务贸易的启示。84015

The Enlightenment of Service Trade in Developed Countries to China's Economic Development

Abstract：At present, the development trend of world economy and trade is mainly based on service trade。 Trade in services not only has replaced the economic status of the trade in goods, but also has become the key to the economic development of all countries。 Therefore, countries have gradually shifted the focus of foreign trade development from the goods trade to service trade。 In order to improve the level of China's economic development, national comprehensive strength, as well as the status of foreign trade, the development of service trade is imperative。 In this paper combined with corresponding data and charts based, in developed countries service trade system and China's service trade development status and problems of do some system analysis and research, and through the current situation and characteristics of study of services trade in developed countries, draw lessons from the development experience and measures, promote China's service trade liberalization and the service industry technology innovation, improve the service trade legislation and management system of construction etc。 conclusion are drawn, for our government and enterprises put forward some development of the service trade of enlightenment。
