摘要随着网络技术的快速发展，电子信息化覆盖的范围越来越广，很多人的生活与工作都与网络息息相关，面对面的交流已逐渐被线上交流所取代，人们在网上的活动愈加频繁，更多人选择通过网络招聘的方式寻找适合自己的岗位，而企业也经常会在一些主流的招聘网站上挂出招聘信息，这样相对于传统的招聘方式既能缩短求职时间，又能降低成本。因此求职招聘网站的建立是非常必要的。84596

本课题首先对网络招聘在一定的范围内做了充分的市场调研。在此基础上进行了详细的需求分析，并把系统划分为招聘、求职、管理站内信息等功能模块，本系统使用JAVA语言，实现了一个基于B/S架构的求职招聘网站系统,完成了用户详细信息的录入与查看、企业发布招聘信息、应聘者投递简历、留言板等功能，且具有功能丰富，界面美观，并发性能好，可操作性强等特点。

通过本次毕业课题的设计与开发，展现了软件以客户为基准的设计理念，强调了代码编写规范在在软件实现过程中的重要性，完整的毕业设计流程增强了应用软件设计和开发的能力,这些能力都为以后从事软件行业奠定了扎实的基础。

Abstract With the rapid development of the network technology, and the scope covered by the electronic information is widely used。 A lot of people's work and life are closely linked with the network, communication with face to face has gradually been replaced by online exchange, people's online activities become more frequent, more people choose to find their own jobs online, companies often hang out recruitment information through the mainstream, so opposed to the traditional method of recruitment not only shorten time, but also reduce costs。 Therefore, the establishment of job recruitment site is very necessary。 

This system has done a full market research in a certain range。 On this basis, a detailed demand analysis is carried out and the system has been pided into recruitment, Job Hunting and other functional modules。 The system uses the JAVA language to achieve a recruitment website system based on the B/S structure。 It completes the candidates resume, message boards, and other functions。 The system has feature-rich, beautiful interface, good concurrent performance, operability and other characteristics。

The design of the graduation project shows the software functionality based on the concept of the customer and emphasizes the importance of code writing in the software implementation process。 The complete process of the graduation design can enhance the ability of application software development and these abilities have laid a solid foundation for future work。
