The Design and Implementation of
Attendance Management System
Abstract: As the development of database technology and construction of enterprise`s IT application, business start to use the Attendance Management System (AMS) for checking attendance of the staff. Huge of manpower and resources were saved for working of attendance by AMS which is incomparable to traditional attendance by hand. This paper takes the idea of software engineering, according to describing the demand analysis, overall design, design of database and detailed design of the system to represent it, and focus on introducing the Attendance Statistics System the core subsystem of AMS. Finally, we have a brief summary about the entire developing progress of AMS.

考勤管理系统的设计与实现引言
在过去各个企业的考勤工作都是人工完成的，这样不仅浪费了许多的人力和物力，而且没有办法保证其准确性，给企业带来了许多的不便。随着现代科技的进步，用计算机来进行考勤的管理业成了现代化企业运作必不可少的一部分。现在利用计算机管理考勤工作，大大降低了工作人员的工作量，提高了工作效率，使原本繁杂的工作变得简单而轻松。虽然目前大部分考勤系统能帮助公司对员工的出勤情况有个基本而直观的了解。但是对于一段时间内员工的工作时长、工作天数和部门的总工作时长、工作天数等却没有进行统计分析。由此，我们开发了考勤管理系统，可以对员工出勤情况进行统计分析，更方便直观地表现出员工和部门总员工的出勤情况，从而可以计算出员工的实际工资和奖金。
考勤管理系统主要包括员工和部门一段时间的出勤情况和奖金的统计。所有的统计都由计算机来完成。考勤管理系统对企业的合理化管理有着很大的作用，它对企业信息化的建设有着巨大的作用，企业的信息化建设已然成为了现代各个企业发展的需要。
