The System of File Management Based on C#
Abstract：Along with the country's emphasizing on education, the number of students is increasing, at the same time, the work of the management of student files is increasingly heavy. In order to realize the informative management of archives management, this paper will explain in detail how to design and implement a student records management system. This thesis describes the function module, function and environment of student records management system; The system carries on the overall classification, generally including system management, file management, user management, tools, print preview, and help. Furthermore, it also realizes page design, database design. Finally I type codes to achieve the system functions and system testing, thus concluding that this system will achieve the desired effect smoothly.

基于C#的档案管理系统的设计与实现 引言
科技发展的瞬息万变，学生管理工作依靠传统的方式已无法满足需要，学生管理的信息化已经迫在眉睫，目前学生档案管理系统已经被不少院校所运用，因此，开发设计一套学生档案管理系统成为了一件很有必要的事情。
1.系统分析
学生档案管理系统作为学生的一种专门管理档案的工具，有其特殊的作用，它通过运用C#和数据库实现了对学生档案的查询和文护、用户档案的增、删、改、查和相关信息的打印输出，同时也对学生进行了综合的认识和评价和对学生发展提供凭证。分为管理员登陆和普通用户登陆，着重讲述管理员登陆。
1.1系统需求分析
系统的具体需求分析主要从以下三点进行描述：
（1）有利于对学生有全面的了解，学生档案管理系统集中反映了学生在校期间的各方面表现，能帮助学生管理和使用者从心理、学习成绩等各方面客观了解学生。
（2）为学生发展提供凭证。学生可能会由于毕业证丢失需要查询全部个人学籍情况，补办学历证明和一些相关身份的证明，毕业生的成绩查询，核实学生学历真伪。总之，学生档案管理系统为学生的发展提供了重要凭证。
（3）“学生档案管理系统”的开发，是为了建立一个档案查询与文护、用户档案管理和文护，能完成档案的新建、已建档案的修改和删除、同时可以进行档案和相关用户的查询和报表的打印输出的系统。
