摘要超级像素算法近年来在图像处理领域研究比较活跃,已经渐渐成为一种图像预处理与预分割的重要方法。通过将原始图像处理分割为超级像素,以超级像素代替原始像素点后再实施进一步的高层图像理解算法能够提高图像处理的速度。
近年来,一个新颖的算法,SLIC,因其优秀的特性而被广泛的运用。它使用简单,只要一个说明超级像素数量的单参数;图像分割的质量非常高;而计算开销却很小。
本论文详细地描述了SLIC超级像素分割算法的原理,包括算法和复杂度分析。同时本文还给出SLIC算法的具体实现,并在图像集上进行实验,以展示SLIC算法的具体特性。最后,本文介绍了SLIC算法在扩展和应用方面的研究情况。19480

Title The Theory and Implementation of SLIC Superpixels Segmentation Method
Abstract
The research of superpixel algorithms is becoming more active recent years in the field of image processing.Superpixel has gradually become an important method of image pre-processing and pre-segmentation.The method of piding original image into superpixels and using superpixels instead of original pixels to perform further high-level image understanding,could improve the speed of image processing.In recent years, a novel algorithm, SLIC,is widely used for its excellent features.It is simple to use, needing only one parameter species the number of superpixels;the quality of image segmentation is very high; while its computational cost should be very small.
This article detailedly describes the theory of SLIC superpixels segmentation method, including algorithm and complexity analysis . This article also gives the implementation of SLIC algorithm, with results of test on images, to show the specific features of SLIC algorithm.In the end,this article introduces current status of the research of SLIC method`s extension and application.
