Abstract：With the scale enlargement of the school, the number of students has increased dramatically, need to manage all of the information also increase exponentially. The design and implementation of the students’ information management system, the managers and students can through the network and management of their course information, which made the work of management the students’ information systematized and standardized, which improving the high school management students’ information more efficiency. The system, which is to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 to design. The database was designed using Access. The whole system concludes students' information management, course information management, student performance management, system management four modules. The whole system from simple operation, flexible, practical purpose finish requirement student information management system process.

学生信息管理系统是一款典型的信息管理软件，学校人事管理处有大量繁杂的业务工作需要处理，于是学生信息管理系统应运而生了。每一个教育单位都需要一个学生信息管理系统，它能够为学校的决策者提供全方位的数据和高效的搜索方法。有助于学校学生处和老师们了解学生的信息，学生也可以查询基本信息和各课程的成绩。传统模式下对学生信息的管理有效率及保密性不高、随着时间的积累会产生冗余文件及信息、对查询及更新等方面不便等等，对学校的决策者管理学生的基本信息及成绩管理均存在很大的障碍。科技越来越发达，计算机也进入人们的生活，越来越多的学校使用高效的学生信息管理系统，使复杂的学生信息管理变得越来越简单。计算机进行学生信息管理有快速搜索、容易更改、数据处理快捷、成本低廉等得天独厚的优点。所以，开发一套学生信息管理系统势不可挡。
