Design and Implementation of Dormitory Management System
Abstract: The most intuitive college comprehensive expansion of the phenomenon is the increase in the number of students, it brings challenges to the management of student hostels, in this premise, many disadvantages of the traditional manual management out, therefore, the development of the student's dormitory management system to be imperative. After the analysis of many aspects, developers using SQL Server 2005 as the background database, using Visual Studio 2008 as the front-end development tools to develop and perfect the system, has realized the function of essential dormitory and student information management, maintenance, distribution and query, achieved the anticipated target, and has the advantages of simple operation, stable running and simple maintenance characteristics, suitable to college student dormitory management.

宿舍管理系统的设计与实现研究
引言
随着计算机技术的发展，21世纪的人类生活将进入信息时代，信息化管理、数字化管理和自动化管理也应运而生，在各行各业得到了普遍的应用。为人们的生产生活带来了极大的便利。近几年高校的扩招是高校内的学生数量激增，原先的人工管理模式不仅给管理者带来工作量的激增，同时也显露出越来越多的漏洞。学生宿舍管理系统能很好地解决这两个问题。学生宿舍管理系统与人工管理模式相比较，不仅减小了管理人员的工作量，而且操作快捷简便，信息安全性和储存量都有很大的提高。另外，学生宿舍管理系统可以对敏感数据进行统计并将数据界面化，可以很直观的为管理者提供可靠地统计数据。

宿舍，是大学生在校园里进行学习、生活、交往的最重要的空间之一，学生宿舍管理系统对于校方，也一直都是必不可少的组成部分。随着近几年高校招生人数的不断增长，学生宿舍管理工作也越来越繁重和琐碎，然而，目前许多学校仍停留在宿舍管理人员手工记录数据的最初阶段。当学校规模较小，学生人数不多的时候，人工管理可以拉近管理者和学生之间的关系，从而使管理更加的人性化等优势。然而随着人数的增多，手工记录的数据量也随之剧增，而管理的信息量更是成倍数的增加，这些不仅为管理者带来沉重的负担，同时也容易在管理中存在漏洞。学生宿舍管理系统采用当前的信息技术，将学生宿舍管理信息化，实现自动化管理，不仅大大减轻了学校管理的负担，同时简单快捷的操作也使被管理者得到极大的便利，可以说是信息化管理的又一成功范例。
