Design and implementation of file management information system
Abstract:With the rapid development of information science and technology. The file management has become one of the absolutely necessary management project for every company and institutions essential. The archives work of business and school is actually a simple and repetitive work. So it is great important to develop a system which could help both workers and companies and create social benefits. This paper carefully describes the overall development process of student records management information system.It describes the system development environment and specific design thinking and basic design flow of the system.It has also made a comprehensive account of ideology in the database and create a specific correlation. It also make detailed and specific analysis of the implementation process of each functional system.It as detail design processin drawing a simple system function block diagram of the same time well as strive to more clearly show that the design ideas and design of the entire process of planning and implementation.This system can carry on the highly effective strict management to the student file information.It may satisfy the school the student file current management work need and may cause the school the records management more scientific, the rationalization, the institution, the standardization.
