Abstract：With the rising popularity of Internet applications on a global scale, computer and network technology is also in rapid development at the same time, the information in today's society need increases, the computer network the role of automation is also increasing. Libraries as the main distributing center of our information resources, information and library data is various, need to use the information also increases. In order to adapt to the needs of small and medium-sized library knowledge management, at the same time, according to our country's management system development prospects, technical conditions and management level, the use of software development, computer with great practical value, to develop this system. In the modern science and technology and the library is very necessary in the teaching, not only able to apply automation to the library in all kinds of business work, also can through the powerful statistical functions, timely feedback book information, adjust the library business. This system to solve the common problems in the school books management affairs, and the basic problems and related statistical work.
