Abstract：With the digital technology and rapid development of computer technology, video production has from professional film and TV making development to all walks of life, so skillfully use video editing software will become the professional staff and video editing the basic requirements of fans, this paper introduces in detail a green campus the making process of the video, the video mainly uses the After effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Format Factory and such software titles out, show the green the campus green concept, green environment, green culture three aspects of content. The short film made for school, the teachers and students and societies has a very positive role, and improve the school prestige, in the social public eyes set up a good image.

1.绪论
1.1宣传短片的发展现状
当今是一个科技飞速发展的时代，影视多媒体技术已经成为当前最为大众化的技术之一。从好莱坞大片所创造的幻想世界，再到电视新闻所关注的现实生活，无一不深刻地影响着我们的生活。过去，影视节目的制作是专业人员的工作，对大众来说似乎还笼罩着一层神秘的面纱。十几年来，数字技术全面进入影视制作过程，计算机逐步取代了许多原有的影视设备，并在影视制作的各个环节发挥了重大的作用。但是直到不久前，影视制作使用的一直是价格极其昂贵的专业硬件和软件，非专业人员很难见到这些设备，更不用说熟练使用这些工具来制作自己的作品了，随着PC性能的显著提高，价格不断降低，影视制作从以前专业的硬件设备逐渐向PC平台上转移，价格也日益大众化。同时影视制作的应用也从专业影视制作跨到电脑游戏、多媒体、家庭娱乐等更为广阔的领域。大量的影视爱好者们，现在都可以利用自己手中的电脑，来制作自己喜欢的影视节目。
1.2研究意义
学校是一个传播文化的学习场所，是学生获得知识、价值观，行为养成的重要场所，校园环境对学生潜移默化的影响是显而易见的，因此通过校园的环境、生活和管理体系传递绿色和谐的思想显得格外重要。
