Henan Haiyan Real Estate Company’s Website Design
Abstract：With the rapid development of the real estate industry, in order to increase the enterprise’s propaganda, real estate companies use of the network which spread faster to achieve the purpose of propaganda enterprise, so the appear of real estate company’s website is essential. This website is use Dreamweaver as a development tool, ASP VBScript as programming language, the paper takes Access for the backend database, completed the design of the website. This website includes seven modules, haiyan homepage, company introduction, news release, project dynamic, enterprise publication, the complaint suggestions, owner exchange. The key to this website are the news release and owner exchange, two modules realize some basic function, which benefit the customer understanding the company comprehensively.

引言
随着通讯技术和计算机信息技术的飞速发展，网络带给我们的不仅是无穷的信息，更是商业模式和消费观念的变迁，网络在各行各业的发展战略中占据了重要的位置，成为企业不可分割的部分。现今的企业，如果仍然依靠传统的方式宣传自己企业的形象和文化，推销自己企业的产品，则显得十分落后而且难以适应激烈的市场竞争。因此，当代企业纷纷建立自己的网站，借助于互联网快速的信息传递加速自身的发展。特别是近些年，房地产企业越来越火爆，房价也在持续上涨，房地产行业的竞争也就越来越激烈，更多的房地产公司开始利用网络来宣传企业，因此建立公司自己的网站是必不可少的。而房地产公司为了达到宣传企业的目的在网站的建设上应该一方面把重点放在企业新闻的发布上，让公司的信息能够更加充实和更新及时；另一方面应该更加注重业主之间的交流，使其增加可信度和更深入地了解公司情况。
