Design and implementation of teaching management and evaluation system
Abstract: The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform, using C# language and SQL Server 2008 database, the realization of the user login, lesson plans, teaching evaluation, add notice view and add, document management, curriculum management module, to resolve the process of teachers' teaching in the management and evaluation of teaching problems. The system has simple and convenient user interface, convenient resource management function and efficient data management system management more convenient and orderly, interactive function is better than the convenient general teaching management and evaluation system is the biggest characteristic of this system.

教案管理与评价系统的设计与实现
引言
随着网络技术的兴起，各种应用如雨后春笋般不断涌现，这些应用使人们感受到了Internet带给我们的方便，人们越来越倾向于接受这些应用。在这样的需求驱使下，很多Internet技术与应用相关的系统便应运而生了，但是有关教学教案的管理还停留在比较古老的手写方式[1]。为此，可以改变教案编写的方式，采用自主设计的教案管理与评价系统，以解决传统教案编写的各种弊端，提高教学质量。教案是教师教学的保证，目前，编写教案大多采用纸制方式，教师工作负担重、占用空间、浪费时间、不易保存、不能共享、评价不便、不能起到提高教学效果的作用。这样一来，对于教师的教学效率的提高有不小的影响。在这样的情况下，设计并开发一个兼容性好、通用性强、功能符合教师需求的教案管理系统是十分必要的。一个良好的教案管理系统，不但可以减少不必要的人力、物力的浪费，并且能够有效地提高教师教学的效率[2]。因此，本研究将结合周口师范学院教案管理的需求，设计开发一个高效、可靠、通用的教案管理与评价系统。
