摘要:随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对人事信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性等,当今社会人员流动越来越频繁,人事管理工作也变得越来越复杂。如果能够实现人事管理的自动化,无疑将给企业管理部门带来很大的方便。本系统采用采用三层架构开发。系统以C#语言的WPF为依托,以VS2013的.NET4.0为开发平台,使用SQL SERVER作为系统数据库,利用XAML语言进行界面的美化,通过对计算机硬件和软件解决方案的论证,对应用领域进行调查分析,参考许多资料,开发出一个符合企业需要,比较实用的人事管理系统。24344 毕业论文关键词:人事管理自动化;.NET4.0;XAML美化;WPF;三层架构
Personnel management system
Abstract:
With the continuous improvement of science and technology, computer science increasingly mature, its powerful features for people to have a profound understanding, it has entered the human society in various fields and is playing an increasingly important role. As a part of computer application, using computer to manage the personnel information, with manual management incomparable advantages. For example: the rapid retrieval, find convenient, high reliability,large capacity storage, security, the social personnel flow more and more frequently, the personnel management has become more and more complex. If can realize the automation of personnel management, it will bring great convenience to the management of enterprises. This system adopts three layer architecture development. System to C# language based on WPF, withVS2013.NET4.0 as development platform, using SQL SERVER as database system, using XAML language to interface landscaping, by proving the solution to computer hardware and software, the application areas of investigation, refer tomany data, developed a consistent with the needs of the enterprise, personnelmanagement system more practical.
