The design and implementation of news release system
Abstract：In order to improve the working efficiency of the news release system,therefore,to develop a more prefect news release system is imperative.The system uses B/S architecture, C# as the programming language, SQL Server 2005 software and ASP.NET
programming language as the combination of the development tool, achieve the dynamic management of the news website. System mainly including front and background information see the district management area.Its application provide convenience for the reading, publishing and management services of news. Using the implementation of news release system makes the management of information timely,efficient,improve the working efficiency.

新闻发布系统的设计与实现
1. 引言
1.1研究背景
伴随着信息技术的飞速发展，网络的应用逐渐融入人们的生活,快速、及时的新闻浏览，玲琅满目的网上信息，使网络与人们的生活息息相关，它改变了人们的生活方式。尤其是在信息时代的今天，人们对信息的需求有了更高的要求。因此网站就成了企业还有个人宣传自己的重要手段，同时也是学习者获取信息的重要手段。
以往的网站新闻管理方式主要有两种：其中一种是静态HTML页面，更新信息时需要重新制作页面然后上传页面并对相应的链接进行修改，这种方式因为效率太低现在已经不多用；另外一种是基于ASP技术，将Visual Studio和SQL Server结合，通过应用程序来处理新闻，这是目前比较便捷的做法。
ASP.NET是建立动态Web应用程序而重新打造的全新技术，其主要特色包括：语言的独立性、简单的开发操作，分离程序代码和网页内容、提高了执行效率、支持客户端类型、支持Web服务。
1.2研究目的和意义
近些年来，随着计算机技术的发展和互联网的普及，越来越多的企业建立了自己的门户网站，通过发布新闻和最新动态信息，达到对外宣传自己的效果。其中新闻管理系统是构成企业网站的一个重要组成部分，它担负着双层作用：一方面可以用来动态发布有关新产品或新开发项目；另一方面又可以及时向顾客公告最新的新闻信息。
