Abstract：With the development of our national economy, improve the level of science and technology, the university community is increasing, so the need to develop community management system. In this paper, the current status of development background, development methods of software technology, using ASP.Net technology to construct the B/S model of a community website. the system of school administrators and teachers, leadership and management oversight of the community group, released the latest news updates, activities, information notification function etc.. The development of this system makes the community management more convenient.

1.引言
1.1 研究背景
学生社团是可以利用课余的时间做自己喜欢的事情，发挥自己的长处,社团不仅仅开展各项活动，而且能交到很多新朋友，还能丰富课余生活和精神生活，提高沟通能力和自我表现的能力，锻炼自身各个方面，现在高校不断扩大招生,社团的人数越来越多，为了减少人力、财力、物力的投入,提高工作效率，所以开发学生社团管理系统是非常必要的。
1.2 研究的意义
随着近年来的发展，教育水平不断提高，互联网走进了校园生活，在过去我们社团进行招新人的时候，都是用纸质的文档作为记录信息，随着人数的增多，这种方式很不好管理，而且还容易丢，通知事情，也要按照电话薄，按个通知，也很浪费时间，所以开发一个学生社团管理系统是非常有必要的，通过在网页上的浏览，学生可以根据自己的兴趣爱好来选择社团，进行申请，而且通知活动，发布公告就可以，这样不仅减少了工作量，也节约了不少时间。
1.3 系统设计思想
本系统按照下列需求进行设计：采用标准技术、先进性、外观和技术平衡、可靠性、安全性等等，建设网站需要明确建设目的，实现哪些功能，规模大小、投入的资金，等等。系统设计是根据用户的需求来制定方案。
