摘要:一家公司中有新员工进入的时候,大多数情况下会发生一下几件事情:我要找某某人,她的电话是多少啊,我要怎么联系他啊,我要请假请问我要向谁提出申请,我的上司是谁啊?公司内部的具体员工层次是什么样子的啊?各种各样的联系问题随之而来,要是有几百个新员工陆续进入新公司工作这样的问题就会循环几百遍,大大影响公司的运营效率。一个消耗资源少,占用空间小的系统对一个公司的运行有相当重要的作用,能基本完成公司内部员工的很多日常工作需要的操作,对公司的内部交流起到强化效果。针对这样的情况下本课题被提出,实现公司办公资源最小化,效率最高化。5697
本论文研究的主要是采用基于winform开发的应用软件,以C/S为系统结构,在本系统上集成了在办公工作中经常使用的一些软件的集成体,将各种常用的小型办公软件更加的小型化,做到“轻量级”的程度。中间大量使用了API接口,网上免费的webservice,系统中将引入两个技术要点,第一为:SQL数据库池算法,此算法能够大大提高多用户操作时候的响应时间,第二为:AutoRobot服务器自动更新机制,能够实现对员工的信息做出相应的处理,可以对数据垃圾信息做出处理,定时更新等功能。系统中加入了对称密钥加密功能,确保系统的安全性,对配置文件管理用户可以随时修改,将员工信息的参数都“做活”,使系统适应各种环境。 开发的主要内容包括:用户自定义控件的开发及其美化,公司内部员工之间的简单“交流”,员工平时工作时候的简单内部流程操作管理和应用软件的测试和部署。

The Lightweight Integrated Systems for Enterprise Operation and Management
Abstract: When a new employee enters a company, a couple of things occur in most cases. For example, I want to look for someone. And what is his/her telephone number? How can I contact him/her. Who should I apply to for asking for leave? Who is my superior? What is the company structure? Different kinds of contact problems come. If there are several hundred new employee entering the new company one after another, these kinds of problems will repeat for several hundred times, which will greatly affect the operational efficiency of company. Therefore a system with low resource consumption and small footprint is quite significant to the operation of a company. It can complete the daily operations of company internal staff and strengthen the company's internal communication. For such circumstances, this subject is put forward to minimize the office resources and maximize the efficiency of company.
This essay researches on the application software based on Win form, with C/S as system structure, and some common office applications are integrated into this system. These different kinds of small office software’s are more miniaturized to a lightweight extent. The system uses a mass of Application Programming Interface and free web service on the Internet. The system introduces two technical points. Firstly, SQL database algorithm. This algorithm can highly improve the response time of multi-user operation. Secondly, Auto Robot automatically updated server mechanism. It can realize the management of employee information accordingly, filter the data of spam, be regularly updated and so on. The system added the function of symmetric key encryption to ensure the safety of the system. Besides, the information of administer user profiles can be revised at any time. The parameters of employee information are adjustable to make the system can be applied to different kinds of company operations. The main content of development includes the development and improvement of custom control, simple “communication” of company internal staff, and internal process operation management and tests and deployment of applications.
