摘要在当今社会经济飞速发展的背景下,先进生产制造技术对于如今社会发展所起的作用也越来越明显,使得产品设计与生产的复杂度也越来预告,最后将导致产品设计的费用呈现较为明显的增长趋势。因此在产品投入研制或使用之前,我们将不得不考虑提前对产品未来的费用消耗进行较为系统的估算与分析,以避免产品的费用消耗在我们不可控的方式下大幅增加。
通过借鉴国内外研究成果,本文对于复杂产品多文度费用估算系统做出了实际业务需求总结,并最终设计实现了一个基于多文度的复杂产品的费用估算系统。其主要工作如下:
(1)总结了多文度费用估算的研究背景以及现状,对系统的业务需求进行了相关阐述,并根据业务需求分析对系统的组织结构进行了设计;34032
(2)介绍并分析了基于多文度的费用估算算法,以项目的特点为基础,对面向复杂产品的多文度费用估算系统的总体设计目标和系统结构进行了相关描述,介绍了系统的总体操作流程,主要是多文度算法流程,最后对系统的功能进行了结构分析和模块划分;
(3)基于上述的系统功能模块分析、多文度费用估算算法模型设计并实现了一个通用的面向复杂产品的多文度费用估算系统。对本系统用到的开发技术、平台以及运行环境进行了说明,并通过详细的界面展示了系统的功能等。 毕业论文关键词: 复杂产品,费用估算,基于多文度
Abstract
In today's context of rapid social and economic development, advanced manufacturing technology for social development is now the role has become increasingly evident, making the complexity of product design and production are also increasingly notice will ultimately lead to more cost product design rendering clear growth trend. Therefore, before the product into the development or use, we will have to think ahead to the future costs of product consumption more systematic estimation and analysis in order to avoid the cost of goods consumed in our substantial increase in an uncontrolled manner.
By drawing on research results, the paper products for complex multidimensional costing system to make a summary of the actual business needs, and ultimately designed and implemented a multi-dimensional complex products based on cost estimation system. The main work is as follows:
(1) summarizes the background and status of multi-dimensional cost estimates of the system's business requirements related to expound and analyze the organizational structure of the system was designed according to business needs;
(2) estimation algorithm is introduced and analyzed based on multi-dimensional fees to characteristics of the project, based on overall design goals and architecture for complex and multi-dimensional product costing system it was with a description of the overall operating system processes, mainly multi-dimensional algorithm flow, last function of the system structural analysis and module pision;
(3) Based on the above analysis system function modules, multi-dimensional model for cost estimation algorithm design and implementation of a generic product for complex multidimensional costing system. The system used to develop technology, platforms and operating environments have been described, and a detailed interface shows the function of the system and so on.
