Abstract: With the development and improvement of people's living standards, more and more people are choosing to shop online. Due to time constraints and the different areas, logistics have emerged . In order to improve the efficiency of logistics management, an logistics inventory management system has designed and implemented by adopting B/S mode and using the ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2008 database technology in VS 2010 design environment. System enables users to query the basic information and inventories of goods and other operations ; At the same time, Administrators can implement the basic operations on commodity sales orders, inventory statistics, purchasing management, supplier of add and modify. Logistics and inventory management system to meet user needs, Reduce logistics costs, Enhance the efficiency of logistics management.

物流进销存管理系统的设计与实现引言
社会市场经济的进一步发展，计算机网络技术的逐步应用，网络销售平台的进一步推广，使得物流业有一个极大的发展机遇。很多物流企业要想在网络销售的大潮流下把握住自身的发展机遇，必须要摆脱传统的耗费巨大人力、物力、财力的管理模式，所以拥有非常完善且使用的物流进销存管理系统是非常重要的。因此设计一个操作简单、功能完善、界面友好的物流进销存管理系统是非常重要的，具有一定的实用价值和研究价值。
1.研究背景及意义
物流业是在当今社会网络销售的大环境下孕育而生的一种新型的产业，经过近20多年的发展，取得了一定的成就。但参照现代物流业发展的新型特点来说，我国的现代物流发展水平仍然处在起步发展的初级阶段，同时在消费观念、物流教育和人才、科学技术水平、发展环境、标准化和信息化等方面还都有着非常明显的差距。而现代的物流业对于社会国民经济来说同时又是非常重要的，它能够使促进经济发展的各个方面相互串连，而且使之成为一个运转完善的整体。现代物流产业的发展水平对国家经济现代化、新型的高水平化、网络市场化和国家综合实力起到一个重要的衡量作用。现在物流产业被认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业 ，被喻为促进经济发展的“加速器”。
